Omar Mwinyi Shimbwa (born August 1, 1958 in Changamwe) is a Kenyan politician. He was elected to represent Changamwe Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya in the general election of 2013, 2017 and 2022 under the Orange Democractic Movement. He is member of the Departmental Committee on Lands as well as the Powers and Privileges Committee respectively.
